Choose a Portrait
Explore and choose on either iPad, then take your photos on that same station. Browsing on your phone? Scan the QR near the booth and bring your portrait number to either iPad.

Take Your Photos
Pose on your own, as a couple, or with family and friends. Our team is there to help with photos.

We Create and Review It
We create your portrait and check the faces and details. Wait together by the portrait screen; we’ll call your group over to discover the result together.

Discover, Approve and Print
See your portrait together on the guest monitor. Once everyone pictured approves, we print a copy for each person. Private digital copies are available on request.
The collection shows examples of the scenes and styles you can choose. We use your booth photos to create your version.

FAQ
What if the group doesn’t like its portrait?+-
The group can retake its photos if needed. The final portrait is checked privately and shown for approval before printing.
What is included in the $2,500 starting package?+-
The starting price is CAD $2,500 before tax and covers three event hours with both founders running the booth. Guests choose from 3,000+ portrait ideas, with our help whenever they want it. We handle photography, create and check each portrait, and show it to the group for approval before printing a 6×8 copy for everyone in the photo. Protective sleeves, setup and breakdown, travel within our standard Montreal service area, event branding, and requested private digital copies are all included. Each approved additional hour is CAD $600 before tax.
Can guests get the finished picture by email?+-
Yes. Every approved portrait is printed at the event. Each pictured guest who wants an emailed copy may provide an address, and we send a private download link to the group's approved picture within 48 hours after the event. The link remains active for 14 days.
What happens after the photo?+-
Guests wait together by the portrait screen until our team calls their group to see the portrait. Everyone pictured approves before we print and hand over their copies.
How do guests choose a portrait?+-
Guests explore and select on either iPad, then take their photos on that same station. Phone browsers remember their portrait number and enter it at either iPad. Our team can help with choosing.
Is an app required?+-
No. The QR menu opens directly in a phone browser. There is nothing to install.
How many guests can be accommodated?+-
Capacity depends on group sizes and the event schedule. Couples, families, and friends can pose together, and we recommend the right number of service hours after reviewing your plans.
Can groups be photographed together?+-
Yes. Guests can pose on their own, as a couple, or with family and friends.
Does each person in a group receive a copy?+-
Yes. We print one full-size 6×8 copy for everyone in the photo.
What is required from the venue?+-
We bring the tables and equipment. Please have a suitable space near a power outlet available and let us know where to set up when we arrive. We use our own cellular internet.
Are children welcome to participate?+-
Yes. Children, teens, parents, and grandparents are welcome. Young children take part with a parent present.
Is every portrait reviewed before printing?+-
Yes. We review the faces, details, and crop, then show it for approval before printing.
Where is MyPortraitBooth available?+-
We are based in Montreal and serve events throughout the city, West Island, Laval, the South Shore, and surrounding areas.
Can guests take more than one portrait?+-
Yes. If the event schedule allows, guests can come back and choose another portrait idea.
Is framing available?+-
Each portrait comes in a protective sleeve. Frames can be added in advance for selected guests or for the whole event.
Who runs MyPortraitBooth at the event?+-
Both founders are present throughout the booked service hours. Your hosts and venue staff do not need to operate the booth.
Is MyPortraitBooth an AI photo booth?+-
